Cancellation & Late Policy:
- Cancellation Notice: To avoid fees, cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel within this window, you’ll incur a $50 cancellation fee for regular appointments.
- Groupon Users: If you miss an appointment or cancel late, your Groupon will be redeemed, and its value will be kept as a deposit for your next appointment.
- Package Holders: Missed appointments will be deducted from the pre-purchased package.
Late Arrival:
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled due to time constraints. If there’s still time left in the schedule, they’ll try to accommodate you, but you could still be charged a missed appointment fee.
