Thank you for shopping at Earth, Wind & Spa. All orders usually ship within 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment. We ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) via Canada Post regular package service.

Enjoy free shipping by Canada Post regular mail on orders over $300 CAD (before tax) to Canada and USA addresses, for a limited time.
Unclaimed Packages:
All unclaimed or refused shipments returned to us by the postal service are subject to any "return way" shipping costs plus the exact original shipping charge that was paid by us to send the parcel. If any shipping costs were paid by the client, those costs will be deducted from the charges. We will contact you by email if your unclaimed package is returned to us.
Duties and Taxes:
Canadian Orders - orders shipped to Canadian addresses will ship from our Canadian store in British Columbia and all orders are subject to 5% GST & 7% PST.
